Games and Sports are important part our lives. That’s why most of the doctors advise us to have yoga, exercise, playing games & sports, etc. to be fit.
From our childhood we mainly play various games and sports. We play indoor games like Chess, Ludo, Carrom Board, cards games, etc., & outdoor games like Cricket, Football, and Tennis, etc. So there are much more good sides of playing games and sports.
In our daily life we spend most of our time within the workplace, then go home and have food & drinks and then go to sleep. Students spend more time reading books and doing homework for the next day. Women are spending their time within the home for doing various household works.
When we don’t play games and sports, we really don’t know how badly we are doing for our health. “All work and no play” may lead to more obesity, sleepless night, indigestion of foods and lot more problems will create in our body. We should understand the value of games and sports.
That’s why we need to play some sports and games in our spare time to have one of the best exercises in the open air.
Open air games and sports give us following:
- Fresh air which contains more oxygen than the air in a confined room,
- Relaxes our body & mind which will help us to increase the concentration of our mind and
- Improves immunity,
- Develops personality,
- Acquiring leadership qualities, etc.
We may play indoor games like chess which improves our thinking power, swimming, table tennis, badminton, etc.
Finally we all should play any form of games & sports to refresh ourselves and live the healthy life.
