Its meaning: ‘Fortune favors the brave’ is a famous proverb. It means that people who encounter difficulties with courage can achieve massive success in life. A person who hesitate or afraid of venturing into new tasks can do no great deed.

A brave and courageous person gets rewarded for his or her bravery. He has the ability to diffuse all the hurdles. Good luck follows such people and they are bound to meet success, honor and goodwill.

Explanation: The proverb ‘Fortune favors the brave’ suggests that a man has to take a risk now and then. People achieve success in life not because of their good luck alone. They achieve success because they are brave enough to remove the obstacles with courage. Things that come to us quite easily are rather lightly esteemed. Prizes won after hard fights are worth having.

Bold people display enough courage to run risks and wins prizes. Their willpower is very strong. Columbus sailed over the unknown sea and discovered America. His companions revolted and wanted to return. However, Columbus persisted, and became the discoverer of the New world.
