Our collective Culture develops over years, generations and sometimes over centuries.

Culture in simple terms is the collection of daily habits, social behaviors, festivals, ritual worships and sometimes national heritage passed over from generation to generations.

Traditionally as human beings grew into a Civilization, many good and right ways of life were passed on as daily practices to maintain the core values of human civilization over to future generations.

Culture in personal life

Culture is a dominant force in our psychological make-up. Whether or not we are conscious of it, our cultural background and heritage influence our daily thinking and activities. Many people have ritual worship practices for their gods and goddesses. Some families have particular health and cooking related cultural practices in their daily lives.

Culture in social life

Culture in social life is cultural values that are shared by society at large. Every section of society, divided by their cultural values share them in their daily social interactions. That includes daily greeting styles, wishes, and social behaviors. Social festivals and events are also heavily dominated by strong Cultural rituals and practices.

Culture in professional life

Culture also has its influence in our professional lives. In modern times, we have something called ‘Work Culture.’ Each work setup, company, the organization has its own set of values and philosophy that all employees follow, called the Work Culture. Also, traditional work culture also pervades professional lives regarding work-related festivals and ritual celebrations.

What is So unique With the Indian Culture

  • It is in India only that people of so many castes and creeds can live together easily and happily. A sense of brotherhood can get felt among people of various castes.
  • Indians are very traditional, and even after so much westernization, people have not forgotten their roots, and it can get seen that where people wear shorts on a day, they also wear traditional dresses on another.
  • The culture of India has given Indians a unique identity, in this way no matter where we travel, we always get recognized with our behaviour and way of dressing and talking.

Conclusion

Our Culture is a distinguishing feature of all human beings. It signifies our evolution as a civilized human race.
