On the other hand, there are another few things which are the reason for stress such as chest pain, rapid heartbeat, insomnia, frequent colds, infections, dry mouth, difficulty swallowing, etc. Most of the cases adults get stress for the loss of sexual desire. As a result, nervousness, shaking, ringing in the year, colds or sweaty hands and feet are another few physical symptoms for getting stress.
Cognitive symptoms include constant worrying, racing thoughts etc. Due to the result forgetfulness and disorganization plays an important role in getting stress. On the other hand, if you have the inability to focus then the stress will occur mostly. Finally, poor judgment and being pessimistic or seeing the negative side is the general issue for stress.
